Jonathan Payne - Founder
Jon has invested over 20 years of passion and research into the cannabis and hemp industries. As a leading expert in his field and founder of Ag Extracts Inc, Jon recognizes that industrial hemp is a viable agricultural commodity that will be sustainable well into the future. He has managed all aspects of the business, from project management and distribution to supply chain and sales.
While majoring in business and finance at Chico State University, California, Jon studied the growth patterns of cannabis and industrial hemp markets. With and in depth understanding of cannabis and hemp plants, Jon has worked with many farmers across the country to assess the best farming practices based on both genetics and microclimates.
Today Jon oversees all aspects of Ag Extracts and is continuously working on expanding the businesses global footprint.
Dino Alcini - Partner
Dino attended Cal Poly University and earned his degree in agricultural business. With 12 years of experience in cultivation of cannabis and industrial hemp, he joined the Ag Extracts team in 2018. Dino oversees the operations of the greenhouses and works hand in hand with our farming partners in the Central Valley of California.Through his vision and education he continues to expand Ag Extracts presents throughout Central California.
Rustin Nadjmabadi - Partner
Rustin Nadjmabadi is a graduate from the University of Maryland, Phillip Merrill College of Journalism and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of a nationwide attorney services company.
As a passionate advocate for mental health care and holistic remedies, Rustin began researching marijuana strains with medicinal applications. Following this research, he attended various marijuana focus groups and networked with other individuals who share the belief that medical marijuana is a viable substitute for those suffering from various medical conditions. After following the rapidly evolving industry, Rustin spent two years lobbying in West Virginia to advocate and recommend changes to the medical marijuana legislation with the goal of bringing relief to military veterans and other individuals suffering from PTSD, opioid addiction, and other ailments.
